Slay Lash Bar Policies

POLICIES

Must be 18 years of age to book any service, or have parent consent.

A credit/debit card is required to secure appointment. All transactions are done after service.

No extra guests allowed.

A mask is required to be worn at all times.

BOOKING

A Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable booking fee is required for ALL appointments. (FULL SETS $35| FILLS $25)

The remaining balance will be due at the end of your appointment.

Foreign fills are not accepted - please book a FULL SET + REMOVAL

21 days without a fill will result a Full Set.

If you do not see an appointment time that works with you, message me to book an "after work hours" appointment for an additional 20% on top of service price.

CANCELLATION

Must cancel at least 24 hours before appointment. All SAME DAY cancellations will be charged $50 automatic cancellation fee

NO-SHOW appointments will be charged 100% automatic fee of the scheduled service

LATE POLICY

Please be on time to your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period ONLY.

If you are 10 mins late, you will be charged a $10 late fee.

Anything longer than 10 minutes will result a cancellation and charged $50 cancelation fee.

LASH FILL POLICY

Book your fills within 2 to 3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full & beautiful. Your lashes must be 40% full to be considered a fill. Anything less than 40% will be charged as a full set.

Please understand that our natural lashes shed up to 2-5 lashes per day, to guarantee availability, please book your lash fills in advance.

After receiving your full set, you have 48 hrs (2 days) to let me know of any concerns like excessive fallout, length or fullness. After that, you'll have to book a fill to address any issue.

All sales are FINAL.

No refunds on any service and/or deposits.
